Matt is a "systems guru!" He has recently conducted a training session with 35 people in attendance to address how the contractor can have a smooth running job and how to make sure you get paid. Main topics were: 1) the importance of having a system in place to set good up front expectations during the sales process. 2) protecting your most valuable asset - your customer/client relationship.
